An explanation of HOCI by Best Patient safety
Sanitiser .. without alcohol?
Yes, Alcohol works well and has become the norm, but there are other options available - one of which is our Sanitiser.
Its core ingredient is Hypochlorous Acid which is a very powerful oxidizing agent.
Hypochlorous Acid (HOCI) destroys viruses using chlorination by forming chloramines and nitrogen-centered radicals. This process breaks the DNA strands rendering the nucleic acid useless and the virus harmless.

Has it been tested?

Yes, our sanitiser is powered by Biosan which has been independently laboratory tested, effective against 99.999% of viruses and bacteria - including Covid19.
Tested by the following laboratories

The sanitiser has been certificated to the following standards (summary) :
BSEN1276:2009 for bactericidal activity in food, industrial, domestic, and institutional areas. BSEN 1656:2009 for bactericidal activity for use in veterinary areas.
